Meet Chef Anthony Russo

Born into a first-generation Italian-American family, Chef Anthony Russo grew up surrounded by Southern Italian cooking and the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel at home.
At 18, he opened the first Russo's New York Pizzeria with a simple ambition: serve true New York Italian food made from fresh, carefully chosen ingredients. Anthony's brings that same conviction to a polished River Oaks dining room.
